Best Buy

So I was in Best Buy yesterday looking for Andrew Bird’s new album Noble Beast when I got curious if Best Buy had any Idiot Pilot in stock. After spending about 10 minutes suffering through their horribly organized catalog of music, I found Wolves. Filed behind iCarly.
I know that Idiot Pilot has yet to reach mainstream success, and that it was obvious I wouldn’t find them behind their own card, but finding them organized behind iCarly just hurts. It just makes me think how badly they deserve to be behind their own card, or at least next to better “I” named band, but alas, life isn’t fair all the time.
I told my friend about this and he proposed maybe it’s a good thing. Think of all the 11 year old girls that are going in for iCarly that just maybe will now be exposed to good music and not Disney manufactured teen-pop crap.
And yes. News has been very slow. Give me a break.
ps. I’m not sure who Iced Earth is so I can’t really comment on them.
pss. Upon further research I’ve learned that Iced Earth has albums titled things such as “Burnt Offering” and “The Dark Saga” so they must be cool…

the fact that they just had Wolves is amazing.
when i bought “strange we should meet here”, it was in a trading book/music store. the music selection was very low.
i remember saying “if they have an idiot pilot album, i will f*#k myself with excitment.”
sure enough they had the cd, no sex with myself intended…
but it was close
ps:i dont want idiot pilot to become too mainstream, nah mean?
pss: the website is FRESH!!!!!!!

I think I bought ‘Strange’ at Coconuts/FYE/whatever the hell it’s called now. But I remember once I was at a Wal-Mart which, first of all, was kind of in a kind of ghetto section of town. Second, everyone knows that their “music selection” is terrrrible. Thirdly, I was browsing the “music selection” and they actually had ‘Strange’. I nearly collapsed.

I had a friend that bought SWSMH from Walmart. I Didn’t believe him and went to look for it there. Couldn’t find it, but apparently it’s been there from time to time. I was very surprised!

I actually found Wolves in an HEB Plus with a very small CD selection. I was surprised.
